MY APPROACH

I partner with executive teams and business leaders to realise their vision of improving workplace wellbeing.

I’ve had a 20-year career in HR, developing and coaching leaders and emerging leaders in business, local government and not-for-profits.

My passions are Wellbeing At Work, Organisation Development, Employee Engagement and Cultural Change.

We’ll work together to focus on employee engagement, company culture, mental health at work and wellbeing initiatives. I also support leaders with executive coaching, guiding them in their own career development, workplace challenges and effectively embedding a culture of workplace wellbeing.
