I’m Jules Haughey, a former HR Director with over 20 years of HR, management, leadership and business experience in the private, public and manufacturing sectors.
Personal development has always been my passion and I’ve helped hundreds of people with their learning, development, career progression and personal growth.
I have a personal interest in mental health. I have lived experience of mental illness and I’ve worked and volunteered with mental health charities. I introduced a UK-wide mental health at work programme and championed workplace wellbeing initiatives to help prioritise wellbeing.
I started coaching within a corporate environment in 2013 and when I left my HR career, I started a thriving practice of one-on-one coaching.
All of which positions me perfectly in guiding businesses to transform their culture, embed workplace wellbeing and become a truly healthy workplace putting employee wellbeing at the heart of all they do.
I also coach leaders and support them in introducing these wellbeing initiatives and in developing their own personal confidence and building skills in creating career pathways and strategic relationships and achieving their potential.

I’m dedicated (okay addicted!) to reading, researching, learning and applying knowledge. I love plans, especially other people’s! And if there’s a spreadsheet involved I’m your woman!
My own journey of discovering a way to balance a career I love with a healthy lifestyle helped me discover a formula that really works.
