1:1 Coaching

Burnout to Balance is my signature coaching programme where we’ll identify where are you now in life and where you want to be.

Together we’ll work through what’s holding you back and causing you most overwhelm and stress so that you’re feeling restored to a strong place mentally and emotionally. Then we’ll get down to some serious planning to really get you set up to take action. You’ll be guided through the obstacles and we’ll smash through any stubborn blocks that try to get in the way too.

I’ll guide you in creating more balance between your personal life and business, reduce stress, stay motivated, work on time-management skills, find purpose and more fulfilment in life.

I partner with executive teams and business leaders to realise their vision of embedding a culture of workplace wellbeing.

We’ll focus on employee engagement, company culture, mental health at work and wellbeing initiatives.

Hi, I’m Jules

Life & Mindset Coach  |  Wellbeing Consultant

At the grand old age of 45, I sorted my life out.

I changed my career, my habits, my lifestyle, my beliefs and I’ve become happier, healthier, much more optimistic.

My mission is to teach you how to do the same. In every aspect of your life. 

If I can do it, you can do it. And I’ll show you how. Your way.


I left my career at 45 with no clear plan of what I would do with the rest of my life. All I knew was that I was burned out from the first half of my life, the next chapter needed to be very different. 

When I experienced burnout, I couldn’t find my way out.

My burnout became a breakdown. Compounded by an early menopause. A hormonal rollercoaster.

My life wasn’t bad, but it was hard. I was a perfectionist, people-pleaser and procrastinator, numbing my emotions with work, food and alcohol.

Nobody would have known. Outwardly I looked successful, I had a good job, great friends, I could always paste on a smile. But I wasn’t smiling on the inside. And it was exhausting.

I went on a mission to recover and become calmer, happier and healthier. I’ve spent quite a few hours in therapy, I’ve read hundreds of books, I’ve studied, trained and travelled. And I’ve done my own fair share of challenging and changing my old habits, beliefs and behaviours, even got the help of some yogis and gurus in India along my way.

I left my career, took time out, travelled to India, studied yoga, reiki, coaching, NLP, mindfulness based CBT and sought many treatments and support. I also relocated to an island in Spain and changed my lifestyle completely.

But all this took a long time. And a lot of money that I was no longer earning. So I knew there had to be a better way to combine all my learning and experiences so that I could help other people reclaim their lives and health more quickly.

For many years I struggled with depression, anxiety, PTSD and burnout. The tools I share in Midlife Unbecoming changed my life. That’s why my mission is to share those so that anyone can change their thoughts, habits, behaviours and life.

I’m determined that no-one needs to go through those toughest of times alone. Now I get to help others to recover, restore their health and live calm, happy, balanced lives.

I’m an ex-HR Director and I worked in HR for over 20 years. Personal development has always been my passion and I’ve helped hundreds of people with their learning, development, career progression and personal growth.   

I started coaching in the corporate world in 2013, so when I left my HR career it made sense for me to use my experiences to help other people manage their stress, mindset and lifestyles.

I’m a Menopause Consultant, Coach and Trainer with Over The Bloody Moon where I support businesses in creating menopause-friendly workplaces. I deliver training and awareness sessions so if you’re transitioning through menopause, I can guide you through that and signpost you to lots of expert support and resources. 

I also work as a Wellbeing Consultant helping businesses support mental health at work and implement workplace wellbeing initiatives. So I understand the personal and professional impact of mental illness. The toll these illnesses takes on you impacts every aspect of life – from your work performance, your home life, in social situations or feeling isolated from society.

I love books, research and learning as well as applying what I’ve learned. Finding a balance between my career and a healthy lifestyle has really helped me discover the formula that works to recover from burnout and stress and create a new lifestyle that’s healthier for my mind, body and soul.

I help clients in their personal growth and life transformation, empowering them to recover from burnout and stress – finding success, happiness, fulfilment at work while still maintaining balance outside of it all!
