Hi, I’m Jules Haughey and just a few years ago that was me!

I felt like I was in an absolute rut. 

I was a HR Director at the height of my career. But I’d lost my passion for the job, I was running on empty and terrified of taking that leap to escape. Because I just didn’t know how.

And when I finally stopped, my burnout became a breakdown. So I needed to slow down even more and really get my health back on track before I could get my life back on track.

So I KNOW you can do this, because I’ve been there too.

I was STUCK and I had no clue how to change that.


I kept hearing about mindset, mindfulness, law of attraction…

I’m dedicated (okay addicted!) to reading, researching, learning and applying knowledge.

Learning more about mindset helped me cultivate such huge personal growth and was key to me making the changes I desperately wanted and needed.  It helped me overcome my limiting beliefs and let go of negative patterns and thoughts.

Taking some time out gave me the opportunity to really consider my personal values and priorities. My own journey of discovering a way to balance a career I love with a healthy lifestyle helped me discover a formula that really works.

That’s when I knew. I have to share this!

This realisation gave me the idea for the Burnout to Balance programme.

My goal was very simple: to create the easiest, most straightforward, intuitive, empowering, inspiring, individual path to designing and living your most authentic life.

Being someone who actively sought to find my purpose and transform my own life, I work best with other women who are truly ready to transform their lives. I work with those who are committed to their success no matter what, who are super-ready to get going and just want to know exactly what steps to take to find their purpose and manifest their dream life. My clients often tell me – “just tell me what to do and I’ll do it!”

This is a deep dive life audit to gain clarity in all the key areas of your life using the Mind:Body:Life:Soul Wheel of Life framework. You’ll take time to fully consider the Mind:Body:Life:Soul framework and design how you really want each area to be to bring purpose, meaning, balance and joy to your life.

  • You’ll complete a questionnaire in advance to provide a little detail on the challenges you’re facing so we can hit the ground running during your session
  • I’ll send you a link to my diary so you can book a suitable time to call for a chat. If we’re a good match we’ll make a plan for our sessions and then book in dates to work together.
  • Your bespoke programme will be loosely based around my proven signature programme using trusted tools to guide you on your transformation.
